You can connect your favorite jams, podcasts, or audiobooks with our bluetooth speaker
Whether you sit, lay, or remove the benches to stretch or do yoga, you will feel amazing by the time you’re done
We encourage you to bring your own towel but towel rentals are available

You can currently book your sauna sessions in 1 of 3 ways:

Single session 25.00
Packages
- 4 sessions for 89.00
- 8 sessions for 139.00
- 20 sessions for 279.00
Monthly subscriptions (Memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis. 30 day notice for membership termination)
- 2 sessions per month for 39.00
- 4 sessions per month for 59.00
- 8 sessions per month for 99.00
- Unlimited sessions per month for 149.00 (limited to one sauna session per day)

All sessions are up to 40 minutes long.

You can bring a guest with you for a drop in fee of 10.00.

You can share your prepaid sessions with direct family members.

We accept card payments. Payment is due at time of booking.
